MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Thank you all for your continued support and friendship during this past year! 2017 has been a pretty bad year for my family.  My mother who will be 86 on Jan 4th has been in and out of the hospital all year. My husband & I had our 2 year old granddaughter living with us for 3 months which was both a delight and very stressful. She is now living with her mother again and sadly we haven't seen her for over a month. 

My mother had a heart valve replacement surgery on November 9th which was successful. On Nov 11th, two nurses accidentally let my mother fall to the floor and her ankle was broken. She has had three surgeries so far and will have at least one more. She's been away from home since before Halloween and will likely be in the hospital for the next 6 weeks. 

My husband and I managed, after 12 years of marriage, to buy another home which was much needed. We've been in that for about a month. We still do not have our phone, internet or DISH hooked up.  Or... my washer and dryer in it! My mom's house has internet and DISH and I have to haul the laundry up here daily.  I get online with my phone and a notebook comp.uter.  I miss my desktop PC.

Thank you all who during this time have continued to vote for me on a daily basis, even though many times I was unable to vote back.  Thank you to those who refused to delete me as a friend.  To those who have deleted me as a friend, I'm sorry you felt you needed to do that and hope you never experience in life what I have these past months.
