The theme for this doll is "Specials". A book from the "Uglies" series written by Scott Westerfeld. The doll's name is Tally Youngblood, the main character, while she is a Special. She is a special kind of a Special called a Cutter. Specials have a ceramic skeleton, so unbrakable bones, and great speed and stealth. But what most people don't know is that the operation also does something to there minds...

Main points about the appearance of a Cutter:

They wear silver clothing

They are cruely beautiful, slightly scary

They are covered in tattoos
