Why's the flash store not opening? :(

@ribbonheart ~ The outfit itself (dress, shoes, purse, hair accessory) can be purchased anytime from the Luxury store.  It just costs a whole lot more.  :-)

Initially, I wasn't going to get this, but then I saw that I had just enough to purchase it, and since a sale of Luxury store items is rare*, I went for it.

*Rare in that, the store itself never goes on sale; however, this is our second pack in ... a couple of months? ... where the items have been available for a discounted price, so I'm hoping there are more to come.
