Re: [Quest] Paris Gourmand

I've just noticed that on the 4th step of the quest there were only 2 objectives yesterday and today there are 3 of them - the food and the frames got separated. Thus the total cost of the quest increased to 242 $$$

I like the pieces of the dress in the last step and the model, but overall I just feel like it's lacking for a cost of almost 250$$$

I thought that it was kinda odd that you had food and picture frames to pick from for that one step.

To Haelina:  I saw your post and I agree with you on the way the scenes doesn't seem to match.  The white wall that looks in on the room doesn't fit at all.  And I want the gray chair!

I'm wondering what all the white bookshelves and the really long white bar thing goes with.  And the tan wall/floor piece with the windows with fish?? submarine?

I think they were going for a more upscale restaurant theme? I have it set up in my Newly-wood room. Even though I wish the actually scene was longer or we got another wall/floor. I'm not sure how to use those pieces since I can't find any walls that match or look nice with it intr

Edit: I was reading the french forum and they brought up an excellent point: the amount of items gotten for how much your spending. I've noticed we get less and less lately in quests. I'm super happy about not getting another dollz back and getting more furniture(!) but the less amount of items concerns me. [This was brought up on the french forum] In the second last step, you have to buy one chair which makes no sense since most tables have at LEAST two. Then during the second step you spend 20$ for a TINY wall which would be around 7-9$ in most other stores. They are bringing up the point that they want the price you spend to stay the same (240-250$ for a whole quest) but to make up that amount, they are giving random items price points that don't make sense. They could have made you buy two chairs and make the wall section cheaper. Which would be the SMARTER move.

If you read the french forums, you will see that many are annoyed with the lack of items in quests, the quality in the items not matching each other (let alone items in each step unusable together), and the amount of dollz back items we get from those dollz but we never get those nice outfits for our dollz (How many times do I want an outfit that they only get. I don't want 50 dollz back dolls and outfits...)

Disclaimer: I'm tired, haven't had coffee yet and I'm sure I'm missing words/spelling things wrong lol...

Yep, totally. I think it's inspired by the movie Burnt starring Bradley Cooper.
