I see that these new prices intrigue you, here is what we focused on:
-If you do 8 steps in total, in a normal way (only one choice each time), you will have 200 for the final, which is an ordinary quest not too expensive. As these steps will be spread over 15 days, you have the time to save;)
-If you decide everything, everything, everything (all choices, all stages), you will get 200 $$$ (price of a quest) plus 400 fee'z, which is the price of A quest piece when they are on sale at the architect's.
Here we are ^^ we hope that these pretty tanks (floats), and this format of quest exceptional for the month of the Carnival will know to fill you! In your opinion, what will be the theme of the next tanks (floats ) ?

This totally cleared up what this new quest was about, I didn't understand it at first but I do now
I wonder if there will be different outfits in each step or if we only get the outfits that are being shown for today's part

I believe it'll be like a regular quest but streched out in time. There's one story, and every step you have to buy some stuff to get the gifts. Each time there are two sets of gifts to choose from. It also seems that each step will cost the same amount of money. The current one is 25 $$$ and if you go with what Sarah has said it seems to add up to those promised 200 $$$ at the end.

If that's the case then it might not be totally bad, especially if we can continue to choose whether we want to go the clothing route or another choice. If it's like that..then this might be something worth while for some quests..where you have the step of only getting..well to me useless room items or something like that.
Not sure if this is something that I would want all the time though!

I agree with you . The first part of this quest was nice and worth it to me for the dresses. And having to just buy a few things, then choose which item you want as reward.
But this second one is a "dark" one and I'm not interested in it. So that puts me right out of the running for the room.
This is not something I would like as an on going way to do quests in the future.
