Capes/hair to cover Arms?

Hi! ouf i have a question (again) pleur

Are there any shops that are currently available (except the flash shop which closes in a couple days) that sell capes, tops, or hairs that cover the arms? I want to buy a couple arms from the Flash Store to add to  my doll, but i have nothing that can cover up the base arms fully except a huge snowflake cape. Thanks!

Amethyst has a lot of good ruffles you can use to cover up your doll's arms if done right:
