1) Do a computer clean up. If you're on Windows, the programme can be found under accessories -> system tools.
2) Clear your cache and cookies. I can't tell you how to do this as every internet browser is different and you'll have to google it for the one you use.
3) Run a virus check on your computer.
4) Update your Flash player, Java player and internet browser.
5) Reboot your computer.
