1) OMD resets at 12 midnight French time.  This is 11pm GMT, 3pm PST and 6pm EST.

2) At this point the answer is you don't. They were flirt rewards and so far the flirts have never been repeated.

3) The Cannes room is available once a year around the time of the Cannes festival. The Beach room is available in Summer time for the Northern Hemisphere.

4) Yes.There is wallpaper for all these rooms. You have to actually own the rooms to see it as each type can only be used in the room it was designed for.

5) It varies on the difficulty of the issue that need solving. Mostly you should get a reply within 48 hours.
