I think the neck part is a bit weird. Quick question ~ Do we get the dress ONLY when we buy feez or can we get it if we get a 100 free feez?

Personally, the dresses aren't my style, but beautiful regardless ^_^ But I can't buy Fee'z... so sad

This is a guess, but I'd say it is only if you get the FEEZ with RL money.
