How Should I Deal With Her?

So... I go offline to deliver daily votes and I come back spammed with 3 PMs by the same person, saying 'shutup' 'vote for me now' and 'nice loft'. I then go to my comments page, and find 'shutup' and 'idiot' x2 on it, again by the same person (plus another 4 PMs from what I assume is her alt saying 'shutup' spelled the exact same way). And on her news section, she claims I called her an idiot and to quit being my friend.

Based on my memory, I have never called her an idiot. I do know that I had replied to a previous PM to her 'alt' before though, mentioning that I wouldn't be able to reply to PMs as fast, and I asked for her understanding and patience when PMing me. That PM might have been misunderstood...

Since I don't like conflicts like that, I sent her a PM, asking her when I had called her an idiot, and mentioned that perhaps she misunderstood the previous PM I sent to her alt. All I got back today was 2 PMs, again 'shutup' and 'idiot ha you are'.

So, really. What should I do with her? I mean, I tried to reason with her and find out what the problem is, but either she didn't get my PM, or she's not willing to talk. I personally would just ignore her, but if she did that to other people, that would be... undesirable. But it's probably too trival a matter to bother the mods with? I don't know...

And now I can't go off on hiatus to study for my finals until this thing is settled, because these kind of things should be dealt with immediately and not dragged on for 2 months. :/

I would tell a mod. They'll try to reason with her. If it keeps report her and if it still doesn't work just block her and her alts altogether.

Agreed with Bloody and Amary

Report her to a mod. And then block her AND all of her alts. So she does not contact you with her other accounts.

I know who you're talking about. She was spamming me in comments so I reported her this morning to a mod who replied to say she would deal with it so don't worry. If it continues just block her.

Yeah, except differently to you. I don't know if chain mail is the same as spam.

Personally I would PM her back saying 'Good-bye!' then block her, report her, and sit back and enjoy the game while drinking a cup of cocoa the way I like to make it.
