Bollywood item

Hello everyone, does anybody know what is this item? It's from the new Bollywood questI don't know how to use it on the "Floating Palace" Please help me! Thanks :)

It's a podium. Not sure how to say that in Spanish, Google translator says "podio" or "estrado". Does that make sense? Anyway, somebody is supposed to stand behind it and speak to a crowd like this
