this actually sounds like fun though I don't like the gifts (except the hair extensions. Those are cute)

it wasn't working before because the quest got put up and the items weren't put into the store until about an hour after.

It's working now though :3

I don't really like the gifts all that much but HNGH THOSE MERMAID STATUES!

If you look at the left corner of the last step in the 'See all the Gifts' section it has a picture of three presents; the art is different from what OhMyDollz has, now, so it stood out to me. Anyway, if you hover your mouse over it it says 10 gift certificates.

The quest isn't over yet and since the winners are from those who have done the quest, I don't think they will do the raffle until after it's over.

When they have a raffle like this, it's not ONE raffle per SERVER... it's ONE raffle.

There might be someone from this one but the majority of the winners are always from the French server.

Yea :/ That's what the announcement says. Only from the French server. Sigh.. Wish they'd just do it per server, this is quite unfair :/
