Does anyone know if there will be any repeats of items this year or if those images were just a bug?

I don't think they would do a repeat of the items from last year, cause if that was the case then they would have already given out 2 of the same gifts already.

But only time will tell.

I'd say to NOT post the picture of the bugged opened calendar, both for those who didn't see it (so they will be surprised) and for those who saw it (and is letting that image be a memory so they can be surprised)... of course... that's just a suggestion.

I do remember last year that on one particular day, we got a repeat of the previous day's gift and when it was reported, they put the correct gift in.  So if you had opened that day before it was fixed, you got a bonus wig.

I opened the first gift on my main account then I went back and noticed it wasn't open so I reopened it. I got the first gift twice :/ Also, half the calendar was viewable to me before.

I opened the first day on all my alt accs but it is showing up like I didn't. If there is going to be a gift for opening everyday then they will not recieve the gift even though they did open the first day. Did anyone else have this issue?

My main, having got the gift twice, shows that I opened the first day.

I don't know that that IS what they're saying... I think it is possible that it may be a matter of how you are interpreting the wording. Maybe???

As I read it, it seems to say that "each day" you "open a window of your OhMyDollz calendar" you "get a beautiful gift"... there is no explicit mention of any bonus (although I am a big fan of that idea ^.^)!

We only received a bonus gift for completion one year, to the best of my memory... and a translation error the following year created a BIG problem by announcing the same thing (a bonus gift) that was not actually scheduled for the new event!  Understandably, there were a lot of disappointed players... especially since many had used Feez to open missing doors.

In the interest of avoiding a similar situation of expectation and disappointment, I would hesitate to make an assumption about any bonus gift WITHOUT confirmation from a mod or admin... as it may be a matter or interpretation.

In the meantime, until someone with the authority to clarify the NEWS for us responds, I wouldn't worry too much about this:

Oh wait you're right. Never mind, when I first read it I interpreted it as there is a bonus gift at the end if all windows are open. Now that I read it again, I see that's not how it's worded u.u

Please, I really do want a gift this year. It's a really great incentive for to open all the gifts even if there are repeats.

does anyone know where the 4 is. the advent calendar is kinda cut off around the edges. I cant see a lot of the numbers in full either. is this a problem for anyone else?

Door number 4 is on the reindeer's nose. I'm posting a thread in the Dollz Discussion board so people can see the items for the days they missed. Maybe you already got the '4'th and don't realize it?

It sound more like you need to resize your window for a bit.  I've noticed both with the Advent Calender and the Oh My Games that the Flash App doesn't scale while the window around it will, cutting the app off or leaving an odd unintended border.

Zooming browsers can be a bit finicky depending on the browser and your settings, especially if you have a setting for scaling text.  With my firefox Ctrl + '+'  and Ctrl + '-' zoom in and out, and Ctrl + '0' is the browsers default.


As for the other discussion, I interpreted the wording that the gifts in the advent calender are the bonus gifts. I saw nothing stating a reward for opening all doors.

It is odd a bit, since both PoneyVallee and EredanITCG have calendars and mention completion gifts - tho I'm not certain that that is the case with poneyvallee, I often find that site to need a good grammar editor. . .

Nope, everyone got that gift.

I got the wig, too. But I waited until it was the official work day in France, hoping that prize would be fixed.

Oh, and it looks like I got two wigs; probably in case I got the hat instead so the team gave out wigs to everyone?
