I found this when looking through Hayley's store but can't seem to find the arm to go with it anywhere. Does anyone know where it is located?

Feerik randomly deleted all the arms for some reason. I think it was because they wanted to keep that option for quests only.

There was a huge debate over this on the French forums because they thought it was unfair they removed something without telling anybody. Plus you can't use that item anymore :( (talking about the fur scarf - it looks best with the arm)

That's very annoying! Really wanted that fur scarf nrv if anyone knows where I can find something similar it would be much appreciated
