Mortal Instruments Question
Okay I recently watched Mortal Instruments and I really regret not reading the book first. I've tried since but I just can't do it.
Question:
Is there anything that was missed out in the film that would be good to know before I start the second book?

Oh God... They basically left out a lot in the movie. READ THE BOOK FIRST.
They left out 2 important scenes, and much more... The books are 100% better then that crappy movie, Cassandra let those producers make... UGH. Its a good movie yes, would I buy it? No. I'm also the same person who probably is one of those over bearing fans of the series as well. (Aka the role play XD)
Read the book first!

The books are so much better!! (although there were some parts of the movie that were quite good like the demon-dog scene)
Well, they entirely missed out Raphael in the film and he has quite a big role in the second and third books.
Also, Simon wasn't just kidnapped by the vampires, he was also turned into a rat by a potion he drank but he turned back after.
I'm sure I'll think of more later xD
