All around our city, people are buying or redoing their houses. The whole thing is hard, though. Not only do you need to stay in budget, but you also need to get a good result in the end. That's good new for you, though! We've heard a lot about how good you are at your work. We have a few new clients. Are you interested?

As the title says, this club will be all about being an internal design professional artist as well as a home real estate agent. We'll start with the first through.

How does this work?

Every month, or as needed really, a few new client profiles will be posted here. Each profile will have all you need to know about the client(s) as well as their needs. A profile will have:

- Name: So you can tell me which client you're submitting your entry for.

- Type of room: Is it residential? commercial? other type?

- Description: This will tell you about who the client is (or the clients are), what kind of a makeover they're looking for as well as specific requirements they might have.

- Budget: That's the maximum amount of money you can spend on a makeover. You can't offer a college student a $1000 makeover, can you?! Usually it won't be much, so you can afford it.
What if you wanted to use an item from a quest? How will you count that in? All you need will be talk to me. You can PM or ask here. If the item(s) are approved, you're okay to use them. Usually what will happen is, I'll try to compare them to items being sold in the shops and then, I'll try to estimate its cost.
On your submission, I'll go through your loft/room and will try to find all of them items in the stores. If I find an item I can't see in the stores, I'll ask you where you got it from and we can take it from there.

- Rank: A, B, C, D or E
E - means this is not a complete makeover. It's just a decor-help request
D - means relatively low budget
C - means medium budget
B - means big budget
A - means celebrity
You need to level up to be able to serve clients from higher levels. As a start you'll be able to accept both D and E requests.

When you submit you entry, the client(s) will give you a rating from 1 to 5 stars. According to the level of your client, the weight of those stars will differ in your score. So, getting a 3 star from a C client is different from a 3 star from an A client. I have an equation somewhat for that, but it's more complicated than expected, soooo...I can elaborate on that later.

- Pay if submitted a design The pay you'll get from doing that request. I'll elaborate more about what you can do with that cash later.

- Pay if design accepted The pay you'll get if your design gets picked. I'll elaborate more about what you can do with that cash later.

Can more than one person make an offering for the same client?

Yep. If more than one person register for a client, they'll all have to submit their entries for the client. All will get reviewed. All will get the pay for submitting a design. Only one designer will get the "Design Accepted" pay and that will be the best design of all!

What if I register for a client and can't make it?

Each client will allow you a period of time in which you can go back on your word and withdraw your registration. If I don't hear from you, then this means you'll be submitting your design in time. If time comes up and you don't submit anything, you'll get a penalty that will affect your overall score and you will have to pay a fee for the client too!

Do I have to redo the whole loft/room?

Nope. For E- requests, it will be a redo of a particular piece of furniture or item. For the rest of the requests, you'll only work in the section I'm doing to see from the room. I'm not going to scroll left or right. I'll just look at the room as you saved it :)

Awesome! Now how can I join?

All you need to do is say you're registering. No need to specify a doll. You'll let me know which account and which room you're going to be using when submitting a design. I know that lofts can be expensive at times and there's no need to limit yourself to only one account to participate here! You will only be allowed one entry for a design though.
