We are a community. :)  Some people are quiet and don't post a lot, some have made great friends, some just tolerate each other, not everyone is the best of friends.  We do try and help each other out from game issues to personal ones sometimes. 

Some people do have their favorite topics they post on, mostly the games and role-plays, so you will see those get a lot more replies & mostly from the same group of people playing them.  Other topics, you might have to wait for more replies, sometimes not as many people are on, people don't know how to respond, the topic has already be discussed recently, and so on..

I don't think most of us would try to exclude anyone new, so just jump on in! :)  Just like in real life it can take time to make new friends.     

And just a tip: You might not want to type in all capital letters, on most boards/forums people think of it as yelling, and no one likes to be yelled at.  :)

i'm kind of random... when i don't feel like reading and can't think of a decent answer, i sometimes♦ don't reply...

i was thinking about it but i saw someone the other day who would type all in caps because it was easier for him to read...
maybe if that's the case, one could specify it in the signature?
