Nothing yet though my sister and I will be splitting our room into 2. We have an idea of what we want to do with it. Her side will be navy blue and full of Dr. Who and Jack Frost. My side will be black and full of mythical creatures/spellbound books, etc. we want to put a small white line in the middle so the colors don't mash and the difference is easy to tell. That's at least what we want to do.

Malu, you are so creative, you know that? I really love your ideas! It's been a while since I've done a DIY. The last one I was planning to do, I got a gift that replaced it, soooo .... being the lazy person I am, I didn't end up doing it.

As I said at the top, I didn't end up doing this DIY, but I'm gonna share the replacement and share how I was planning to do it. I think it actually added so much life to my otherwise boring walls.

So basically, what I was planning to do is this. After finding out how the parts looked like:




My plan was to get three or four colorful sheets of paper that would resemble the pink shades and the brown and cut them into similar shapes myself then use glue to stick them to the wall. The only problem with glue is how hard it would be take it off later. So what I would recommend is agreeing with your family about a wall that you're not planning to change later if you plan on trying this.

I really like all of y'all's ideas. My wall is pretty bland but where I do have stuff, I put up my hand drawings as well as sticky notes of inspirational quotes form songs, people, movies, and even just random quotes that made me smile or think a little.

I have this corner that's just like yellow because of all the sticky notes there.

A small amount doesn't but if you put a lot on like i did it probably will.
