New Rooms For Feez Bug

Hi there.

I am experiencing a serious bug. Since the rooms cost only 75 feez now, I decided to buy some. But some of them doesn't appear. It is a serious bug, since I have paid for my feez a lot of money, and I didn't get what I wanted. Instead it just messed up my account.

I had exactly 828 feez, when I started buying new rooms. The ones I could buy without any problems are:
• Bedroom
• Terrace
• Street
• Attic

I wanted to buy the Garage and the Bathroom too. But it didn't work. Instead, I got the Duplex extension (the upper part). As far as I remember, it was a quest room. I did not do that quest. 75 feezes are still missing... since I did not get anything else. Now I have 378 feez. I paid for 6 rooms, but only got 4 of them properly. Also got a surprise quest room for one purchase, and nothing for the next one.

Please, help me to find some way to get the rooms I want... I don't want to spend my feez for nothing, since I paid for them with real money.

Edit: I have contacted Feerik about this problem. Still, if anybody has any idea, I would be glad to know that. ^^

More than likely no one will reply to your ticket until Monday since there was a holiday at the end of this week, albeit, an American holiday as opposed to a French holiday.

Once they contact you, they should give you what you had purchased but you need to be careful that they understand what you are asking for.

example:

One one of my dolls, I wanted to purchace the main bathroom but accidentally clicked on the second bathroom. I sent a ticket to explain what I did, that I wanted the main bathroom and NOT the second bathroom... at first they didn't give me the main bathroom AND they took the second bathroom away. I think I had to contact them on that several times until they understood what I was trying to explain.

Oh, that's good to know. I have already sent them a ticket, and I was wondering why they don't reply. A hope they won't misunderstood, what I was asking for. :/ Thank you for the info. ^^

I splurged and have all the extra rooms and extensions, except for the Kitchen. I tried three times to buy it, and it took my money but I have no room! (at the $75 Fz price)

I posted this under the announcement of this sale before I realized it should go under bugs and saw that I wasn't the only one having trouble.

They both are (main bathroom + garage). I tried to buy them both, but did get nothing. Except for a quest room, but I did not do that quest. Seems like the kitchen is also bugged.

I too sent in a ticket.. for Missyjenz. I tried to buy the kitchen as well. The first time I wasn't sure it went through, so I clicked again.
I didn't get the kitchen, but I did get a quest room that I have been wanting for so long. Then later in the evening I thought it should have been fixed, and I tried again. Nope, not working still.

I looked on the FR site it was bugged there too. Due to the storms, the server was down and things were bugged. They were given an extra day for the sale and the rooms.
I hope once they fix this we are given the same extension to buy the rooms.

Any word on whether Feerik is going to credit or fix this gigantic bug?

(a lot of people spent RL money to buy these rooms they didn't get)

Still no word from them, and I'm guessing it's really, really early Tuesday morning. Maybe it's just that there are SO many people who have experienced this.

Nothing has changed. >.< I guess there might be a lot of bugs with the rooms lately. The more complicated rooms the game has, the more bugs appear.
It's 10 o'clock am here, and must be the same in France (I'm not french, but I live in the same timezone)

The GM has stated that she has received some tickets that she will be working on in the morning. If you have not submitted a ticket yet for this then please do so now.

If I'm not mistaken, you can open the ticket you sent and reply to it (adding more info, ect) and it might appear more active. They've finally solved my issue, after I included the URL of this bug thread in a reply to my own ticket.

For whatever reason, they may be bombarded with tickets with various bugs. It seems the last 2-3 weeks, as we all know, there have been a LOT of bugs showing up.

I have updated my bug report. I hope that helps... I am aware that there has been a lot of bugs on OMD (and I mean,really lots of them), and that maintenance takes much time. But it has been a long time since I sent them a bug report about this issue...
