(New) New purchasable rooms for the architect
Cuckoo Dollz!
You may have noticed, but a new tab is introduced: the Mansion tab!
In this new tab, 5 new rooms are present and available for purchase at the bank:
-The room Poolhouse and its extension and new theme (that is unlocked at the same time as buying extension) (not compatible with tapestries)
-The room Boudoir and its extension (part compatible with tapestries)
-the piece Nursery and its extension and new theme (which is unlocked at the same time as buying extension) (part compatible with tapestries)
-The room Master bedroom, and its extension (part compatible with tapestries)
-the piece Workshop and its extension (piece compatible with tapestries)
Rooms are 150 plus 75 fee'z for each extension (except for extensions and themes of the nursery and pool house are 150 fee'z, as they unlock a new theme)
To celebrate the release of the house, the architect proposes an offer of 900 fee'z instead of 1275, for all rooms and extensions (and themes) tab, saving 375 fee'z!

I must say these rooms are not that big. And I wish the windows weren't in every single room.

Agree! (With both points.) I'd hate to see how "big" a room is without the extension.

Nice... they did the math for me. Well.... for now, I'm a "gotta have it" kind of girl.
If anyone goes for the whole 'enchilada' or just the nursery, don't forget to go buy the crib in the Holiday store before it closes, along with some other "baby" things.

The rooms don't look very big, but they have nice colors and themes for walls. You can see the new rooms by clicking on them. The see the sized compared to the other rooms. The second skin for the nursery is here:

They did indeed. I did my own math of what it would be if I waited for a sale. Rooms at 50% off (75 fee'z) plus the existing cost of the extensions/themes, of which three are already priced at 75 fee'z and wouldn't be discounted, gave me 900 fee'z. So, unless the Pool and Nursery extensions were going to be on sale as well, this pack will be the same price as if you waited for a sale and purchased them individually.
That being said, I'm glad to see more rooms available outside of quests, but for a mansion, they are very small.
Perhaps these are the closets of the rooms themselves?

By the way...just FYI...(if my count is correct), these new rooms bring the total available rooms we've had to 89. (Including the VIP "Star Renting" room & attic.)

I believe it. I clicked on the new Fun Fair room on someone's page and the URL ended with piece=89, so I figured it had to be that or something close to it..

Is it just me, or have rooms been getting smaller over the last year or so? I don't know, these rooms just seem smaller....

I think we have way too many rooms. Not saying they should take some away, but some have only ever been awarded in one quest that was years ago. I'm happy there are more rooms I can obtain with fee'z (although it'll be forever before I can actually get them XD) but do we really need 5 entirely new rooms?

They are small and so are some of the other purchasable rooms, even with the "extension." The bedrooms and bathrooms come to mind, at least compared to the Garden, which is a decent-sized room.
Quest rooms are usually a nice size and come with a fancy background or various themes, but you do have to spend $200-$250 of in-game money before you can get them. I suppose this is an alternative for those who might want another room without spending all of their money.
