repeat over and over

Idea from Snortmort, makes the pages load easier she found out to do a search for doll for no one.

Re: [Hunt] Hunting of spring!

Thank you for sharing this information! Using this method just now took me 6 minutes!!! Amazing! But this is with super high speed internet. Then again, I am like a child with a big red button. I keep clicking even when told to stop! :) Or at least thats me as a child. Its a button, its meant to be pushed!

So for me:

Look for doll
look for doll
Oh hey look! A flower (clicks look for doll instead of clicking on flower)

Re: [Hunt] Hunting of spring!

Probably slower, but I play the xp games, then go back and forward.

BUT, I keep getting the little broken image file icon - I click on it and I get a symbol!  Normally there are four images to hunt, but the picture only shows three (images 0, 1 and 3) So where is image number 2???

I kept getting that icon also! I knew it couldn't be my internet haha. Looks like they were only planning on three: the pink flower, the orange flower, and the green leaf (idk the names). But weird with the numbers and that icon?? Maybe that's our number 2?

Err, I have a couple folders on my comp full of saved hunt images. I don't do anything with them other than save them.  I just like a lot of them, and they are never items for sale in the store that I can find. So . . .  if you right-click to "Save Image As"  or "View Image Info" or whatever your browser might have available, you can see that the images are named 0.png, 1.png,  etc. when their on the screen.  (Computers, and thus programmers, like to start at 0).

As for what they are, well I'd guess African Daisy for the pink flower, but the petals don't overlap enough.  The orange one has the wrong stamen to be a plumeria and is too rounded to be some sort of lily (and again, stamens). The last one I've got nothing that's close, not a lilypad, too small for tulips.

Again, I just like them for the pretty - not for the accuracy!

I do this all the time!  Luckily for us, the game still presents us with the image that next time, so we can still click on it.

Sometimes they're for sale in OMD Basics or something, but I wasn't finding them this time.  Checked the Garden shop, too, just in case.

EDIT:
The pink one reminds me of a chrysanthemum, but it could be they're just made up/fantasy flowers for the hunt.

Re: [Hunt] Hunting of spring!

Haha I am glad I am not the only one! It's just really fun to hit buttons that make sounds! (My keyboard clicks rather loudly) :) I think there is a baby game like that, with pictures of cows, pigs, and others that make their sounds. I must have loved that!!

I had thought that sometimes we can buy the scavenger hunt items. I guess not with these? intr Or do they generally only become available after the hunt?

Re: [Hunt] Hunting of spring!

You made me curious about the flowers' names, so here is my own opinion. The pink flower looks exactly like this picture:

http://blog.sanriotown.com/uni_corn:hellokitty.com/files/2015/03/pink-gerber-daisy-2.png

Which is tagged as being a pink daisy.

The little pink flowers could be the buds of a camellia:

And the orange one could be a lily, but I'm not sure.

It has gotten cold, brr~ Happy Holidays to you and yours!https://us.ohmydollz.com/img/big/936.png

Re: [Hunt] Hunting of spring!

Well, they definitely match the pictures you've shared! So I would say your guess is best. Thanks for the info!

Re: [Hunt] Hunting of spring!

That looks like a gerbera (the pink daisy one).

Also, the flowers are available in the OMD Basics shop for 5 DB each.
