Fashion Show Question?

If I remember correctly I thought there was a 6 month wait between entering the show? I seen some outfits doubled and even tripled who won as I was going through and looking at all the beautiful past winners. The ones I looked at went all the way back to the third page.

Yup. There's was a really big and long discussion about that when that happened. I'm not so sure if they fixed it or not but, it's an issue that many players have gotten frustrated with. I started compiling a list of all the past FS winners, but I haven't been keeping it updated as of late.
I'll update as much as I can on that later this week.
