[No bug] Possible VIP bug?

I'm not sure if this is a bug... or a simple matter of gifts that have not been credited yet... or gifts that we will not get at all.

Based on previous VIP-via-quest promotions, I expected that we would get the "welcome" gifts at the start of the VIP week... or possibly at the 1 week point.  To date, these items have not made an appearance:

The last time the free VIP week was offered, however, we did receive the welcome gifts shown below:

I'm truly thrilled to have the opportunity to enjoy a VIP subscription as a quest reward... so I am merely curious, gift or not ^.^

Hello :)

After a quick talk with the game designer, I got confirmation that this is in fact not a bug. You're only supposed to receive the gifts if you actively subscribe.
