I purchased the outfit 17 times and not once did I receive the floating palace room, even though apparently the odds are 1:8.

I believe it's old (from last flash sale offer) and just didn't get removed.

To confirm it is old but you still can obtain the room. I just got it on some of my alts. But I don't know for how long they will have it up for.

So not only did I get a room but I got a model and an outfit!
