strange background image behavior
On my newest doll 03 I can't see her background image when I am on her account. If I go with any other account to her page I see it, when I am online on her I don't. Cache and cookies cleaned many times since then and nothing helps.

gonna hit 2 months soon. Still that doesn't really explain why can't I see her background image when I'm on her profile. When I put a color it's instantly there but not the image. And i can see the image just fine when I visit her and I had comments on it so others see it too.

Have you tried to save it more then once? Sometimes that helps.
You can always submit a ticket to see if that account can be looked into to see if anything is going on.

I have tried quite a few times. It just refuses to show. Weird thing. I gave up on the tickets after it took 5 months for a reply on the unable to pay and that reply was just... sad.

I am sorry that you are having some issues on this site.
Have you tried to delete the whole WIA section and the background section under the *My Account* link at the bottom of the page?
If you can can you send me the image URL that you are trying to use so that I can test it out? You can send it in a private message.

Doesn't a new account have to be three months old to have images show up? (buying feez on the new doll will give the ability to put images in before the three months are up)

3 months before you can see images on the site? Never new about that... Also I am unable to buy Feez... No options for it for my country. So thats not an option.
That explains the weird behavior of this doll tho it makes no sense at all... Why wait 3 months to customize background and see others? That's... nonsense...

While making my last three dolls, I noticed that the time you can't put a picture is 2 months. Not sure why I thought 3. It's been awhile since I had made one.
