Why is there an icon that states there are 30 % sales in all stores when there aren't

I fell for it too - spent a fortune on stuff only to realize there was no sale.
It says "This Saturday, 30% discount in this store for the VIP" on SOME store pages - even so, there was no discount.

I got cofused by this as well, alhough I didn't buy anything.
There's a 50% promo in the newly-created Sponsor Center right now and I wonder if there was supposed to be an icon for that but things got mixed up.

Yeah it sounds like a bug really as there were no news about a sale there (we didn't get any) and we didn't see any on the other servers. Will report.
