When I was voting I was so sure the girl that won third place was gonna be in the first three even though she doesn't respect the rules.
I really like the first one though so congrats, the second it's nice as well but I was hoping some other would win.

Congrats to the winners - there were some neat entries in there! (though I had a hard time telling if things were original outfits or just put together from the Steampunk wardrobe sometimes). The winners did a great job! (how did the 3rd place winner not respect the rules, rukia?)

Maybe she meant the 3 steampunk wheels not being there, I don't see them either. Is that it?
