03/10/2020 16:07: So my city has started banning large gatherings, indoor gatherings from more than one household etc.... the week before my grandparents are due to visit -_- Provided they dont get hit with the same rules, they should still be able to come down (staying in a hotel) but we have to meet up outside, group of less than six (that's no issue - its just me and them) etc... What a thing to wake up to, though. It's not a huge deal I suppose but it isn't exactly perfect weather to be outside all day aha. At least I'll get a week of grocery shopping done for me... I'll also need to spend the week catching up on university work since I am a tiny bit behind oops

03/10/2020 16:07: Starting to realise there isn't really anything big we can do for Halloween here but my flatmates have agreed to do pumpkin carving again (we did it last year, too!) and I'm planning to watch some scary movies on video call with my boyfriend on Halloween night. It's a bit sad we can't have friends round but at least I'm saved from buying candy this year haha
