To be honest, that looks like a bug.  I counted 30 items instead of the usual 20.  When I click on the Chest from the main page, there's only one of each item.

I believe it started with the stylists chests, specifically Altairia's chest. It's definitely a thing now since they introduced the option of paying with money instead of just feez. They state 'Attention! The random selection is on ALL the items of the chest, doesn’t matter if you already have the item or not in your inventory. You can get multiple copies of the same item.'

I'm not a fan of the new fab. I personally feel you would be better of spending the 25 feez to get what you really must have. Rather than spending money and hope you get what you want without duplicates. Either way feerik gets profits. You either spend up your money and be short for the next event and spend feez to get more money. Or you spend the feez to get the items you really want from the chest without getting unnecessary duplicates. There is the option to not spend either and forgo the chest altogether. But they make it hard with the beautiful items the stylists presents. I love their items more than feeriks original collectors chest. And I do tend to find myself spending my feez on the stylists chests with the wonderful items.

You must report the problem by email (ticket) with the link of this discussion. They said on the french server, if we've a problem of understanding, we can open a ticket to have a refund (sometimes).

Not a bug, it's normal, but if you want a refund you can say that you didn't understand how it works. And sometimes they take back the purchases, then you can buy one by one with fee'z.

well... looks like i'll have to start skipping those now.
i want that outfit, but i can't afford so many duplicates.
i wonder if there are french players with 2000 or more $$$ and if this is some kind of gold sink...
