I have come across this message 'Sorry, a problem occured when we try to get information from zong platform.' when I acces the bank.
Everything's showing but I can't buy feez (I buy by mobile payment). I can click to see the other amounts but the box where you have to put your phone number won't show up.
Even though I could buy feez last week just like usual. Anyone know what happened?
I want to buy feez for one of the valentine quests...and there's only one day left..:/

Sorry your having issues, your best bet is to submit a ticket. I will also let the GM know of this problem.
May I ask which country are you trying to buy feez from?
Late reply...I was waiting for it to be fixed.
Well something happened because it showss that wall where you can earn feez for free.
But I still can't buy feez because the box where I can write my number still doesn't show up.

it is the exact same thing here. I'm from Hungary, too. I have tried 3 different web browsers from 2 different devices, and 3 different internet connections, so I'm pretty sure it is not on my end. It is always the same as on kitty25's screenshot.
(and it's a pity, really, as I really want this Valentine's quest, but I won't have the $ without buying Feez to exchange... )

Yes, I was able to buy feez some weeks ago, before this problem occured.
Yes, I was able to purchase feez multiple times before, too. It still worked fine on the 27th January.

Hello girls! In german server we have the same problem since nearly 2 month with our service provider "paysafecard" which is a similar pay system as Zong for you US Player is (in German we dont have Zong)
After 2 month waitingtime without any reaction from nobody I had the idea to write in the french bug forum and within 2 days I get a very polite answer from Sarah, that pasafecard isnt available anymore.
Maybe its the same thing with Zong?

Wow... I do hope it is not the case with us, because the only other viable workaround I could think of would be selecting "Other" in the country dropdown and using PayPal. The trouble with that is that Feez packages start at 10 EUR, then the next bundle costs 30 EUR... (whereas with Zong we used to have smaller packages, costing~3.5 EUR or ~8 EUR, too)
However, thank you for sharing this, at least it won't come unexpected if it turns out that we are in the same situation.

I was wondering kitti, but could it be that adblock is hiding them? I've had that happen to me once before.
I checked it with ADblock disabled several times, but it didn't work. :(
Technically, I was able to access the PayPal interface from my home computer a few days ago when I selected "Other" from the country dropdown. (It's another story that PayPal is no use to me as I'm having authentication troubles since I've moved flats and changed my last name in marriage.)
I've just tried from another internet connection out of curiosity (company guest wifi) - and there I don't get the PayPal option at all. Nor do I get it on my phone.
All three of these connections have a different ISP.
Once I'm back home I'll check again to see if it still works there and give you an update. I'm starting to wonder if this has to do something with the ISP or the IP addresses the traffic is routed through.
Ooo-k. Something must have changed on the Bank interface iagain, because now it is the same for me. The Pay Pal boxes have disappeared. I'm using my home connection where I used to see it... Now it looks exactly like Kitti's screenshot. So it's not the connection, then.
