Vip subscription cost?

I've been looking into getting the subscription to vip for a while, but I'm having some issues understanding the euros to US dollars for the weekly subscription.
  Does anyone have the weekly subscription and know the cost, or does anyone just know how much it costs?

The image makes it looks like it's 3.99 euros/week, since the 99 are smaller and the 3 is larger.  Don't ask me why the symbol is right in the middle.  LOL

I was getting charged $4.99 for weekly subscription.
