[Fixed] Can't use room from the Cookie game

When I try to view it,the room is blank (just a white background) and the page keeps refreshing.

Yes, it's been like that for everyone (even on the French site.) intr

I'm not sure if it's the switchover to Unity (to fix the Flash issue) or just a regular bug, but I have no doubt the French team is already aware of it. The Holidays have most likely impacted staff availability, etc. If it is a Unity issue, then it may take a bit longer to fix it.

Either way, we'll have to be patient while we wait for them to fix it.

hello.. i have a problem.. when i try to view any of my rooms i see black background and floors  pleur pleur

That problem has been going on since Flash ended and Unity WebL replaced it. Those on the French server have gotten it fixed, while other servers wait it out - for two months and counting. Patience is wearing thin, though, as it's getting more difficult as the days go by and our rooms' background still remain black. Hard to keep playing a game when you can't enjoy it the way it's supposed to be enjoyed.

I just wanted to see if there was any update on this issue.  It is hard to know where to put things in the room when you can't see what the room looks like, which takes away the enjoyment of playing.  Thanks!   omd
