The mod team has reported this as well but no updates yet! Once we hear anything, we'll update here

So we tried asking the french mods since sometimes they uncover a workaround.
And here's what we've been told:

"First things first : you must not use a VPN when buying in the bank, for it changes the IP address and doesn't allow the website to know your actual country.

Then, if you cannot select the country you live in, or if the change is not taken into account, simply choose "other" among the country list. Then manually add your country, and it should work."
