[Fixed] NO VIP gift on 13.05.2022
Hi guys,
did someone receive this weeks VIP gift?
I checked twice and there is no gift. What more "My things" is displayed with french descriptions...

wait.... let me back up.... duh! LOL That was last week's gift. So I guess that would be the reason for no private message. I'll check the french forums.

Okay, thanks Sierradane. I'll be gratefull for news whats going on.
I also try to guess what gifts I'm missing...
I have:
golden tree
golden hoe (?)
golden helmet
green dress
green cape
bench with flowers (roses)
and nothing more came into "my things"... with "nothing" I mean that castle behind the roses busch, which is visible in GIFTS for VIP showcase box. Am I missing more gifts? It seems that some items (green cape) are not displayed there...?

I've been updating the VIP gift thread that a mod had started if you want to look at what I have there so far. I think the bench was the last gift given.

VIP related - haven't checked the gifts.
Since they did the latest VIP offer quests are starting a day later. Generally I log in around the time of the Flash Sale (~1800 french time, buy timestamp bottom of game page. I'm in Pacific time so ~1000). Past couple weeks, quest doesn't start until Tuesday, instead of Monday. (Which is probably Sunday/Monday for local time rollover).
Figuring that VIP used to add an extra day - and since that sale, my extra day is gone. Can move this to a new thread if helpful.
EDIT: quick check on most recent gifts. Comparing items listed on the VIP page, vs what shows in my Inventory w/ VIP Gift Selected.
- Have the most recent - the green lights through canopy
- then a bench w/ roses that's Not in the VIP list,
- A green cloak Not in the VIP list,
- then the green dress
and items are okay for the next 10ish I look at.
So have 2 not in the list and missing the rose portal looking one in the list.

Can it be a bug? or its some extra item which is there for collectors to buy (except VIP gifts).
Rest of the items are there. Thanks sierradane for the quick check-list.

I'm going back to an old topic, sorry. But I wanted to make sure that this problem was fixed for you too.
I checked your VIP gifts with a team member and it seems that you got all the gifts concerned.
To check if you have all your gifts, you can compare your inventory (the tag "VIP gifts" will help you to easily find these items) with the VIP page which presents all the gifts in their chronological order.
