Event Items do not appear in my inventory.
I bought the Valentine's Day bundle of "various clothing and character packs" and didn't get anything in my inventory. I also bought the 199 feez Mermaid pack, and I didn't get anything in my inventory either. How do I get the items I buy in the promotions?
Or I can get a refund?

Look in the blue tab "My Creations."
LookBook items will go there and the Mermaid pack items may be there as well.

The mermaid packs are not linked to player creations, they are not in the blue tab.
There were no mermaid packs priced at 199 Fee'z because the packs were all $$$ for them.
