You can find them at lots of different shops, but there are some here:

You need to be more specific. A carpet that you can click and move or are you looking to change your condo's flooring?

if the former, are you looking for any old black carpet or do you have a particular one in mind?

Ok i want to have the WHOLE condo with black carpet not just the ones you move,and i erased the double post, thanks for informing me.a friend told me about that and i did that post before i even read the rules, so thank you very much

For you to find carpet for your condo look for this floor icon  http://us.ohmydollz.com/design/shopcarrelage.png You will be able to find it in "almost" every shop.
