It looks like it's from Sarah, but I'm only up to level 86.

It says Sarah and it's her doll. 
My curiosity got the better of me and I clicked it. It's a real background. It's of the last adventure. It shows Sarah, the guy doll you get and a combination picture the garden and loft.
