I was online and first noticed it around 1:00AM Central on May 1st, so I would think the dress would be available at least 24 hours.
If you have the time, I'd say do it right now, just to be sure you get it - it's lovely!

I'm not to sure on the time. We were not notified on this event. So I would guess it would last as long as the other ones do. There might be an updated post of this event in the morning.
