Pictures...
When im in the board and I want to put a picture on a post, It will just come up with a link and then i get told off for it!!! Also It won't let me copy and paste images??? How do you get pictures up on your board posts?

Wow.
That's odd.
Be sure to put the slash in correctly:
'/' (right slanting)
Example:
[img]__http://pictureofadog.net/apictureofadog[/img] (This url is fake)
(Take away the ' __ ' at the beginning)
Would end up looking like..
This!
If that doesn't work, you could always try writing a ticket to feerik.
