i've got 3 questions about this:

1) why ONLY in the Contests/Clubs?
2) why not on dollz cafe and games?
3) can we request the colors to be allowed in those 2 other forums?

Contests and clubs was chosen because dolls make long posts about their club and need to use headers. Since it's allowed as header text this is the perfect place.
It's not allowed in dollz cafe as it's a general discussion forum and therefore there is little need for headers at all. Same with Games. You don't need headers for 99.99% of the game posts.
You can but I'm turning it down for the above reasons.

A spoiler alert is meant to be hard to read, so I don't see there being a problem with it.
