Valentine's day Fashion Show on OhMyDollz!

Hy Dollz!

Tomorrow it's lovers' day! On this occasion why not dress up your doll with a romantic outfit! The theme of this weeks' fashion show is: Valentine's Day!

To participate you just have to create an original outfit on the theme of love! A cute little cupid, an outfit full of harts, two lovers, an outfit which reflects love, everything is possible! Time to be unique and original!

This week to create your outfit, you will need:

- An item from the OhMyDollz Basics store
- An item from the Inspiration store

Remember :

- You must be wearing at least 8 items.

- You can consult the rules on this page, chapter 7.

To see the list of forbidden items go on the French Forum!

I like the forbidden items idea... It makes it that much more difficult.

Hey Anya, what happens if a player does use one of those forbidden items? Is there a way for us to report one of the players who use the incorrect items?

I don't think you can even enter the show if your doll is wearing one of the forbidden items. Kind of like you can't enter if your account isn't validated, or you're not wearing enough items. I THINK that's how it goes, at least!

But the forbidden items are not the same in the ENG version because sometimes i see the forbidden items in the FR version and i dress one of them so the fashion-show say always ""you are regestred in the fashion show " omd

That's because wearing the forbidden items will not prevent you from registering. However it will get you kicked out of the fashion show if one of the mods sees you wearing them.

Ok friend yes some of my dollz on the DE version is descalifing from the fashion-show and sarah send me the mp that i'm descalifed from the fashion-show:lol:

I presume I was disqualified because I had a forbidden item & not because of the reasons stated in the message I received, as I have never ever done any of them in any of the fashion shows:
-Prerequisite items that cannot be seen on the doll.
-Prerequisite items that are hidden by other items.
-Prerequisite items that are left on the side or hidden under cuddly toys.
-Dollz that do not respect the Fashion Show theme.

p.s. I am absolutely delighted that the disqualification function has finally come into effect in this version of omd, it'll be great to finally see all those off theme dollz disqualified!

I'm thankful that mods actually can disqualify players who don't follow the fashion show rules for the week. I've seen quite a few that don't follow the theme or who are blatantly wearing forbidden items (mainly the new red dress and that new grey & pink short dress) this morning, and I hope they will be removed soon. This is an excellent and fun theme, and I've seen so many fantastic dollz running this week!

Now while I think it's good the disqualification thing is in place, I find it unfair that I have been disqualified when I am wearing what was required, yes my dresses are collection items, BUT I am wearing & showing the required items, as shown in my picci, so please tell me why this was not allowed......

Quick Edit - I'm also wearing a skirt from omd basic store & yes I know this one is hidden, but I still have 2 items required that are not.....

Feel free to come to my loft & pull my outfit apart to see :D
