Special horse riding show!

Hi dollz!

I'm sure many of you are found of horses and of horseback riding! I love riding! This week's show is dedicated to the horse riding universe!

To participate, well that's easy: all you need is an original outfit in the theme of the horse riding universe! I already have so many ideas: we can create a rider or a stable girl outfit ...Prove to me your creativity and maybe you will be elected this week's Miss!

This week you must have:

- An Item from the Dollz Story store

- An Item from the Fall store

Remember:

- To validate your registration, you must be wearing at least 8 Items

- You can consult the rules on this page, chapter 7.

That FB list is only showing the Valentine's fashion show stuff... nothing to do with horse riding......

Nonetheless that IS the list of forbidden items for this week's FS, it changes slightly each week

Correct...those items are always forbidden. New items get added every so often, but none get removed.

Update: My bad...some items do get removed or added for certain fashion shows. The two men that were forbidden during the Valentine's Day fashion show have been removed for this fashion show. (When I checked the french list last night to update our list they were still showing. They were removed from the french list this morning after I'd updated our list.) Sorry for any confusion.

This is why it's a good idea to check the forbidden items each week, as it can change.

We mods. will also add a few items specific to our site from time to time, so do check our list often. :)

Am I going crazy, or has anyone else noticed a couple of outfits that are directly copied from other dollz? I don't know if it's people with multiple accounts entered, or if some dollz are just knocking off other players' outfits, but it's leaving me unsure of how to vote, because I don't know which player had the outfit first.....

I noticed that too, snortmore. I think a couple are dolls from the same player, but I would need to double check to be sure.

If they are from different players, then it is sad that they feel so insecure about their own ability to be creative that they feel the need to "steal" from other players. :(

Thank goodness! As I previously stated in the Forbidden Items player poll, some of the items seem to have no rhyme or reason, or even connection, to the Fashion Show theme... who would wear a red ball gown to an Equestrian event (so why would it be included on the list)?

I was horrified to think that some basic outfit elements, like the Cosplay fairy wings and Okuan pouf, were forbidden forever... as well as some very popular hairstyles!

On the subject of hairstyles, I would like to add that I can understand banning wigs, as a class... we seem to get a wig for every adventure, so changing your wig is as easy as looking in your closet. However, I don't necessarily understand including "makeover" hairstyles. To change a wig is free, provided you use one you already own... and we all own lots :P To change a makeover hairstyle costs money, which penalizes players who prefer a specific hairstyle... to even enter they have to change to a less pleasing hairstyle (which costs money), then pay again to change their hair back after the Fashion Show. Food for thought...

Anyhow, I am so glad to hear that the Forbidden Items list is not set in stone!

I've seen a few outfits that are almost exactly the same, it's the outfit from the garden store which has riding gear & clothes (everyone seems to have chosen the default colour of black which was a risk in itself!) Is that the one you mean?
The dollz with the horse's head belong to the same girl I believe

I noticed that too & I think it's unfair when people copy other people's outfits, yeah they might change one detail... but still.... I'm also seeing people in the top 15 that are wearing an outfit that's nothing to do with the theme.....
