The animals are all way too big for my liking. It really makes me miss the forest room very much.
I've decided I'm going to do this quest solely for the room. I was lying in bed looking at Jakface's art and then it suddenly dawned on me. In making this room Skyloft from The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword.
Finally, another room to work on. <3
One question I have on this which is about this picture in the OP's post:
that picture leads me to believe I was to get that girl fairy looking over the deck looking thing.
Even if i wanted to do this quest, i couldn't. 78$$ for step 4!!! I wanted step 4's items for my hunger games doll... i guess thats out of the picture -.-

Since the gifts were imagined-up by Sarah, it probably is based off of her border collie.
You got it right, Bamboo is my real dog!!

Then I am so jealous of you Sarah. I had a border collie and my dad gave her away cause he didn't like her.
I have to finish this :)
As a fan of the Fallout game series, I was excited by the idea of a post-apocalyptic idea. But it doesn't really follow all the way through the whole adventure like I thought it would.
I do like a lot of the items for various reasons and I will do this quest on one of my dolls (not sure yet where). But I think some of the animals that are prizes are drawn a little strangely.

If anyone is listening to the news lately and to the History channel or even with recent movie releases, the tone for today's world happens to be "end times." The Mayan calendar has predicted that our earth will end in the year 2012. Dec 2012 (can't think of the exact day right now) which is what the movie 2012 was loosely based on. Also, as for this Adventure being a "depressing" Adventure... my peronal opinion on another "subject" is just as depressing: Vampires. In Vampire lore, I believe (or at least according to Dean & Sam Winchester ;) ) Vampires live forever once being bitten & turned. How cheery is that?
...
The Mayan Calendar is greatly misunderstood. The whole concept is that time goes in cycles, things like periods of war, prosperity, peace, famine, etc. Might be one set of cycles, while the progression of rulers another. It's really simple (if a little inaccurate) to think about it being an extension of our clocks.
The Calendar comes to an end.
True.
However, it's going to start right back up again at the Beginning.
Just like going from 11:59 pm to 12:00(0:00)am.
As for the adventure, I think the rewards are very versatile, unlike a great many other adventure rewards (that still are standalone). Haven't looked at the room, but I find the look irrelevant to the opportunity of space.
Now I just need to get my act together and actually decorate all the rooms I Do have -_-;;
This adventure does not involve our doll chasing after a guy and that's OK with me.
