I believe it's a flash sale item. But this wasn't the flash sale we had a few days ago to celebrate Sarah's birthday, is was a flash sale in which you could buy one set of clothes. I'll try to find an image of it.

I very much miss my 2010 birthday dress... it was selected by Sarah from contest designs submitted by players. It was sky blue, pink, and lilac with sequins and feathers... it would be lovely to see it included in a future Flash Boutique.

I believe that the wig was a quest item in one of the adventures/flirts. I got the wig when a store that had some adventure items for a limited time only.
