Not a bad offer actually. I was hoping for 50% but 30% is fine as well.

If you did the quest that gave you access to all of the shops for a 2 month time period, then yes, the store would (should) stay open for you (as long as the two months haven't expired.)
It closes for those who did not do that particular quest.

I can't remember which quest that was, I remember the details but not which one. (looking forward to the new forum opening--good idea!!!)
