The Spending Gauge

Hello dollz. :)

Today, OhMyDollz is pleased to announce a new addition to the world of OhMyDollz!
To reward loyal shoppers, we have implemented the "spending gauge."

- But what is it?

You see the bar above the tabs stores? Well this is your "Spending Gauge."

Every Monday, this gauge will be reset to zero at 00:10 AM French time (precise, isn't it?) You need to buy 19 items to fill it up (no matter what the price of the items is.) After that it will automatically be reset to zero.

How do I fill it up?

The gauge will fill up when you buy any item in any shop and also when you buy quest items, and items for levelling.
Attention: The gauge does not take the makeover, the magic chests and cupboards nor the gifts into account.

What do you win?

When the gauge is totally filled up (that is when you have bought 19 items), you will get a surprise gift. This gift will be picked up among a list of elements of all the stores.

I saw an answer from Sarah that said the minimum price of the surprise gift (taken from the stores) will be $$$10, so no worries about getting a $$$3 item. ;) She also indicated that you can fill it more then once per week, but it will be reset every Monday. So, if you go on a big shopping spree one week and buy 38 items (19x2), you should get two prizes.

I think this is a great addition to OhMyDollz. :)

Woah, cool... I like this addition, especially since it persuades me to save save and save, and then go on a massive shopping spree~ XD Will the item be random every time for each person each day though? Or we will get what Fairykisses got for this week/today/...?

Personaly i think the 19 items a week is too high, and frankly i think we as paying costumers deserve that it doesnt reset on a time scedule but only when you fill it so sooner or later people get a reward for their loyalty ( not quantity on a sort time frame) like the loyalty card when you buy feez ( then you could even make it harder to fill with more items required)..dont we have enough already that costs money with the adventures on a weekly basis and on top of that a weekly subscription...flashsales...and now this...this is still a kids game isnt it?..where are they supose to be getting all this money from? ( imagine retiring on kids pocket money HA!) too funny

As I am just getting up, I see that a properly translated copy has been added to our main news page (when you first sign in), so I am going to adjust the text in my above post to reflect the proper traslations. AND, I can see that yes...it does also count the adventure items and level items, so I will fix that too. ;)

Thank you for sharing what you got everyone...it's nice to see that you really do get some quality/useful items. :)

Yes.

I just received the same style shirt that I already had, but in a slightly different color (My Things categorizes them under Purple and Yellow).

Since it's a different color and therefore a different "number" for the image, I can see how the game treats it as a separate item, although my enthusiasm for the Spending Gauge has just gone down a bit.
