Fanta dog

Has anyone else received that dog? And how did you obtain it?

I clicked on the image in OMD and it took me to facebook. There I had to install the fanta game. Once that was done, I decided to see if I could play the game (warning it's all in french). I got a little way into it without being able to speak French as it's a bit like Angry Birds. When I went back to my loft the dog was there.

Grrrr for some reason it won't let me even start up the game on facebook. Go figure!

Are you logged in as you? Or as a page you maintain?

All I did was click on the image, do the Facebook "allow this app..." (didn't see a game to play so I didn't play any game) & the dog appeared in my loft.

I logged a couple of my alt dolls in & the banner was still showing so for the heck of it, I clicked on it & got the dog. That only happened on 2 of my dolls. Then the banner stopped showing.

Yeah, I don't even see anything for the Fanta dog. That is, if you guys weren't talking about it, I wouldn't even know about it. Lol

I wonder why it was such a short offer? Odd. Oh well...I saw him in your loft, sierra...he's a cutie! Wish I could have gotten him.

Maybe there was a limited number of them?

I had accidentally seen it when I was logging my dolls in, which was backwards ( t-a instead of a-t: that confused me & made things slow)

Maybe it will be offered again...

It's possible it wasn't meant to go up. It's a French game, so perhaps we just got lucky with signing in?

I just worked my french doll, and it's still showing there. So, maybe you're right...there's only a limited number of them being offered? Or, maybe they didn't mean to put it on the American site? (As I noticed it wasn't on any of the other sites when I just worked my foreign dolls.)

Not sure, but we don't have it now. :(

Update: Lol...we were both replying at the same time, Anya. :) I think we're right...it wasn't meant to go on our site. As I say, it wasn't on any of the other sites when I worked my dolls just now...only on the french site.

Oh well...their mistake was your guys' lucky break. ;)

A good idea, as we can now see it wasn't supposed to go on our site. That would have caused a bit of a headache for us mods. (having to figure things out in a rush and then explain it to everyone.) ;) Thank you for removing it, sierra. :)
