When I was looking at the  new items available for the quest on my French doll, I noticed a new message at the top of a few of the stores (Egyptian, Dollz Story). 

When I translated it, I found it very helpful (at least for those individuals who didn't already know the information).

"Attention! Tiles and tapestries from this store are not compatible with the following parts:
  Parts quest, Garden, Bathroom, Kitchen, Street, Beach, Patio, Boat"

I am hopeful that this message will soon be put on all the server's stores (to which it applies).

I know there have been several people who purchased wallpaper or flooring not realizing that it didn't fit certain rooms.
