Not overly impressed. Played it today. The tutorial is annoying, Hannah is so big!

I really don't like the whole you HAVE TO BE DRESSED UP, otherwise you'll get bullied aspect. I don't like the way things drop onto your doll or loft, I don't like the games (but that's more to do with lack of a mouse than anything else).

Over all it's a nice idea. I'm going to give it a week and see. Doubt I'll spend any real cash on it, the exhange rate is ridculous. Those clothes cost more than my real clothes.

I kinda like this game. *huge hidden object game player* It has great potential, though I do agree with Anya about spending real money. Too expensive. Plus, I spend most of my money here. I signed up through Facebook, and I have to tell you, if we had half the items in Sarah's loft, on there, in our stores here, we wouldn't be having this whole "issue" of no one shopping in other stores except Dollz Story.

i think it's ok but i prefer OhMyDollz better. I think it's because elite doll has an energy limit and you can't really add any other friends who play it unless you add them on Face book first

Maybe it's because I'm getting old and grumpy, but I like games that are easy to understand and grasp the whole idea first, and Elite dollz is not one of those games. I spent dinner trying to understand it... but finally gave up. I don't like it that much, how do I get money? and the energy limit? nrv

you get money by doing the board way mini games but you have a limit of time at doing them. plus there is a bug in the game atm.... i can't get pas the part when i vote for Sarah cuz the figure keeps popping out and i can;t click on vote...so i think i'll just stick with OMD. Plus the game is still in french style so i can't really understand comments and directions on how to play.

Holly - I don't have my FB account linked up to any games, and I'm able to add other players on E.D. to my friends list, no problem. What do you mean? *little bit confused*

Things I like:

the hidden game
the ability to give a gift to your friends without having to buy something with RL cash

Things I don't like:

The doll's head is too small
The doll's ankles are too large
She's ugly once you get to your loft or on the avatar (kinda pretty in the make over part)
The "energy" to play the hidden games doesn't refresh enough
Things are too expensive
all of the things that Anyamalfoy mentioned, I agree that I don't like
Hard to navigate

I think I probably tried this game out to see what it's about and to also more or less be able to have my name "reserved" in the event I DO want to play it later on. (don't want someone else to use my name first)

Is Elite dollz on the same server as this game... I ask because since this new game has "opened", started, OMD has been dragging. Loading has become almost impossible. Voting is impossible due to pages not loading, or having to wait so long to load.. This server was so busy before and would shut down.. I really hope the new game is on a different server and that this slow down is fixed soon. Thanks Feerik. BTW who is PunBB?

This is just a guess, but I'd say the answer is YES.

For the last few nights this week, the pages here (for me too) have been loading slow then will not load at all. Last night when the site went down, the other game was also down.

As for the PunBB, it's a "fast and lightweight PHP-powered discussion board" (courtesy of BING)

in my opinion i don't this game at all...

plus when i do the Broadway hunts...i c the items but can;t click on them...it's frustrating... non

and it's anyoing how u can't exit the dialogs when they pop out. or do anything to hide them.... aomd_blase

I wasted like 12 of my energy already when i do the hunt becuase the dialogs continue to pop up and i couldn't do anything about it expect log out and relog in....This game just gets me mad.

It's beta so laggy. The tutorial goes on forever. It's boring and way to pricy. The only thing I've liked so far is the hidden object game.

It's too laggy. But overall a nice game. I may or may not stick to it. Too much flash for my taste though

I like the hidden object game too, but the amount of energy given is gone within a few minutes & it seems to not recharge until many hours later.

protip: play evey 2 or 3 days or at most once a day, or else you'll get frustated(spelling?).
seriously? 110 bucks for a sandal?
i don't buy boots if they cost over 100$ (in real life)
and it takes me just how many days of work to buy a simple dress!?

Ugh, no, I'll pass. I've stopped playing Facebook games as having an Energy limit annoys me.

I realize a once-a-day job on OMD where you earn $$ is similar, but for some reason it doesn't bother me. Maybe because you can login at your convenience during a 24-hour timeframe and Work, vs. waiting for a meter to re-fill?

The prices over there are simply ridiculous. They're the price of the luxury store on here. I NEVER shop there.
I spend a LOT of money on this game. I doubt I'll do it on that game. It's not worth the money.

Did anybody else think this was just a more updated vesion of OMD, rather then a brand new site?
Also, I was wearing a jacket, and I was taking off a shirt to change my outfit, and the jacket alone made it look VEEEEERRRYYY innaproprate (with the design of the bra and all.)
