[fixed] Friend registered and no bonus gift

Hello everyone,
I've invited a friend using the manual invitation. My friend received the mail, and she has registered and validated her account but I haven't received the bonus gift yet...In the page says this "The friends invited are considered be registered as soon as they have validated their accounts". What is happening? Am I in a mistake? Help me please! Thanks

I had the same issue.. I sent Sarah a message the other day when it happened.. I've heard nothing back.. I've had two friends join and register their accounts. I did not get a response for Caphy. Thank you for your help in this matter too.

Did Sarah (i think) gave her an e-mail and your friend had click the link that Sarah gave her?

Sorry for the delay, but I haven't seen this post again because I thought that it didn't have a solution...
Here is a screenshot about the problem...here there are the invitations who I've sent, and the number of friends registered...

If the problem is fixed,as Sarah says, now, I'll have 3 friends registered, but I only have 2 friends...
My friend told me that she didn't receive any notification from OMD...And I don't have a new gift in my account... Thanks...

Hello Bianca...but how can you say that you have 3 friends? Maybe the third hasn't registered yet! As written, they are considered registered if they validate their account. Can you give me the email address of the third person? I will check.

I am facing the same problem too... And my friend's email is rae_ballet@yahoo.com... It's actually my sister's account, really... I invited my sister to play... as I find it really fun... ^^
And the thing is... I've already invited sister but the friends invited and registered problem is still zero... Oh, and my sister has registered her account too..

@choco - it wont give you a bonus for people with the same ip address.
In kther words ^^ it has to be someone not living in your house

I didn't know that, but my friend has registered in the game with her own computer and I didn't receive the gift...

And also you won't get anything if person you invited does not create her / his account from mail provided link. So she needs to click link and than automatically create account there (not clicking anything else).

This function is working fine for me and friends I invited so it may not be system problem but rather person doing it the wrong way. If they create this account any other way they will not count as your friends.

My friend registered in the game following the link...and after she validated the account with another link from OMD and I didn't receive the gift...she only got the bonus $$$ because of validating the account...

I didn't receive any answer about my problem...
It isn't solved...
I'm really, really disappointed...
